Orientation Program Held for Our New Students
An orientation program was organized for the new students who joined our department. The event, attended by the department’s academic and administrative staff, featured a presentation by Prof. Dr. Sinan Çalışkan, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
In his presentation, Prof. Çalışkan provided information on the opportunities offered by our university, the social and cultural activities available within the faculty and the department, and the key points students should be aware of from advisor assignment to graduation. Our faculty members also discussed topics such as research areas matching students’ interests and ongoing research projects in which they can participate.
We would like to thank all academic and administrative staff who contributed to and participated in the organization of this event, and we wish our students success throughout their academic journey.
